Next STEP The Next STEP is Adult Basic Education’s The Next STEP is Adult Basic Education’s three-year initiative - Statewide Transitions three-year initiative - Statewide Transitions Expansion Priority Expansion Priority Year two of Next STEP began July 1, 2011.
