48-year old female presents with a palpable breast mass. She has a strong family history of breast cancer. Physical examination reveals a 2.5 cm mass, not fixed to overlying skin or underlying chest wall. Case #1

Case #3 68-year old woman with history of myocardial infarct was found to have punctate calcifications associated with 1 cm left breast density on annual screening mammogram. Stereotactic CNB revealed invasive ductal carcinoma grade 2, ER+, PR+, Her2 -.

Case #3 Segmental resection and SLN biopsy was performed. 1.1 cm IDC, grade 2, no LVI Margins free (closest margin 0.5 cm)
