6. ”Popular Education” : A Swedish tradition where people organize their own education. contributes to a deeper democracy, lifelong learning and empowerment. offers places for people to meet and functions as an arena for discussions about our future society. Decentralizing JAK Local groups organized similar to non-profit organizations, but are not a juridical person Each local group has a local board, called work group (for not confusing with the central board) Decentralized responsibility for budget and activities.
