HCSC Early Adoption: 2009 HCSC introduced BHI analytics into its national account client analytic suite January 2009 Initial deployment referenced BHI account performance against applicable benchmarks, accessible through its customer reporting solution HCSC selected a narrow set of comparative data to best ensure a successful client response Market feedback was entirely favorable

Providing a large multi-national communications client with aggregated information sufficient to eliminate the clients reliance on third party benchmarking. Evaluating potential savings opportunity across the System related to more stringent enforcement of payment policy guidelines. Drilling into the four digit SIC code, determining that HCSC employee and dependent utilization was on par with the industrys in our geographical domains. Evaluating a vendors savings opportunity estimation for chiropractic and physical therapy management services.
