Offerings Project Management and Success Training– while vendors develop project plans for their internal implementation processes clients often have additional tasks that need to be tracked and managed in conjunction with vendor plans. We help develop those project plans and manage to deliverable timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle communicating progress and risks to client stakeholders. We will train the client on the key factors to a successful outsourcing arrangement. –Client task project plan Scoping and Project Definition – collaborating with the client and outsourcing vendor to determine the depth and breadth of the project at hand. The thoroughness of this work up front prevents scope creep and unexpected fees –Review and recommendation on the scoping document Requirements and plan administration definition – stepping in as subject matter experts we work with the vendor to develop accurate requirements material based on plan documents. We also review and approve proposed administrative processes to ensure the best possible experience for employees with the least administrative risk. –Third party sign-off on requirements and administrative processes

Data Conversion and Analysis – the expectation of the vendor is clean data. Managing the data conversion effort is one of the most important aspects of any conversion. Without data and more importantly accurate and complete data there is little chance of a successful conversion. –Data Conversion Project Plan –Limited Data Conversion Analysis Communications - Developing comprehensive communication plans and partnering on the following: Stakeholder communications Employee rollout communications Vendor ongoing communications Updates to ongoing corporate communications (SPDs, intranet websites, etc) Communications Project Plan Communications Content Matrix (CCM) Communications Review for accuracy Testing – Collaborating with vendor to develop test strategy and test plans. Performing client acceptance testing (end to end testing), communications testing, service center testing, and calculation engine testing.

Readiness – Preparing various partners on the project for the go-live. This includes partnering with the vendor to ensure the service center and operations teams are trained and that all documentation is in place for a smooth transition. We will also work with the ongoing vendor management team to ensure a plan for transitioning to the business as usual environment is in place. –Readiness Binder –Just in time training for vendor management Go-Live – Participating in the development and implementation of the following: –Cutover Task List –Dry Run/ Dress Rehearsal –Go/No Go Meeting –Triage Planning and Implementation –Reconciliation of final conversion data –Reconciliation of financials for defined contribution plans –System and data decommision planning Control - Ensuring reporting requirements are in place for service level agreements. –Lessons Learned Debrief
