Acai is one of the most complete SuperFoods in the world. Acai is loaded with antioxidants and phytonutrients as well as fiber, complex carboyhydrates, and protein. Lignans are both phytoestrogens and antioxidants, and the fibers in flaxseed contain both the soluble and insoluble kinds.
