3. Fused or run-on sentences
What is a fused or run-on sentence?
Two or more independent clauses that are joined together without a coordinating conjunction and without punctuation.

5. How to Revise
Add period to make two sentences (independent clauses) Remember initial cap
Insert comma followed by coordinating conjunction (FANBOYS)
Use semicolon to separate sentences
Use semicolon with transitional word
Use subordinating conjunction

Fanboys is a mnemonic device for listing the simple coordinating conjunctions

7. Run-on or Blab On?
