4  ILLiad Software Implementation Summer 2009  Created ILL Video Tutorials Summer 2010  Demonstrations now during Library Instruction  Some Databases now have forms and links to ILLiad  Patrons can now learn about process when they want to ILL Progress 2009-13

5  Added Libguides Summer 2013 (Subject Guides)  Added Videos/ Tutorials with Instructions for ILL on Libguides  ILL Videos/Tutorials also on webpage  ILL Demonstrations during Library Instruction using videos  In Process of adding tutorial/video to all Libguides ILL Progress Summer 2013-Present

6  Fewer Questions about the Process  Increased Usage of ILL by faculty and students  More people finding tutorials on libguides than library webpage but both are being used Results of Moving to ILLiad, Libguides, and Videos to Promote ILL
