BUSINESS There are no license sales in the Modify/View profile option This activity is only for those Customer’s with existing profiles Agent can update Customer Information such as: Address, Phone Number, Appearance (Height/Eye Color), Sportsman Education, Landowner information and Military Disability Department of Environmental Conservation 6

7. CHOOSE AN ACTIVITY Department of Environmental Conservation 7 Select Click Proceed through Screens and make the appropriate changes Be sure to Locate a Customer using the steps in Module 3

LICENSE ISSUANCE Department of Environmental Conservation 8 At the end of a successful profile update you will see a Green box that states “Your online application has been successfully submitted”. There are no tags/receipts to print through the Modify or View Profile option. Remember, profile updates will not be saved if you do not reach the “success” screen.
