5. 5 SH Holtec Beverage Service A/S December 2007 BCM-6Cleaning - Calibration Cleaning Calibration This mode is used when beer lines must be cleaned. In this mode, the BCM-6 will not count the volume dispensed in each Kanal. Press to return in normal dispense mode This mode is used to calibrate each Kanal of the BCM-6 counter. First choose the „calibration volume“ desired for each Kanal in the menu Programming – Kanal - Volume Enter the Calibration mode Dispense precisely the „calibration volume“ Kanal nb and pulses (Ref. Port.) are displayed during dispensing Repeat this operation for all Kanals used (only 1 Kanal at a time) Quit calibration mode with Flowmeters are calibrated and the reference portion is now memorised. (If the number of pulses in <5 during calibration, reference portion is not modified) You can adjust this value in the menu Programming – Kanal – Ref. Port. Rem.: if the number of pulse per liter is well known for each flowmeter, you can introduce this value in „Ref. Port.“ without calibrating (choose calibration volume 1000ml)
