Judging of the competition was based on the following criteria: Healthy Attributes Kid Appeal Ease of Preparation Plate Presentation Originality Use of Featured Ingredients Judging Criteria Almonds, apples, avocados, beans, blueberries, broccoli, cheese (low fat or cottage), cranberries, garlic, legumes, oats, oranges, peanuts, raisins, spinach, tofu, tomatoes, turkey, yogurt, or whole grain cereal.
