An Apple-A-Day Work independently to develop a list of the characteristic and properties of your apple. Your list should be as extensive as possible. Be prepared to share your list with the class.

An Apple-A-Day Examine the list of remaining items. Based on this list what, if anything, did you discover about this apple or apples in general? What part of this activity made the biggest impact on your understanding / knowledge about apples?

An Apple-A-Day If you wanted students to “learn” about apples, which of the previous methods would you use? Which method would most likely make the greatest impact on the students’ understanding of an apple and its characteristics?
