OBJECTIVES 1. To stimulate and improve coordination between competent authorities 2. To improve cooperation between competent authorities by facilitating the execution of international mutual legal assistance and the implementation of extradition requests (EAW) 3. To support competent authorities in order to render their investigations more effective
