N.S.U.I.--thrust political activities & training in democracy. R.G.S.C.—Cultivation of ideological commitment & an alternative educational enterprise. Teachers are non-mobile & Students are mobile mass.

19 How N.S.U.I Coordinate With R.G.S.C.
Guidance and direction for academic and intellectual enterprises by R.G.S.C. Mobilization and activities by N.S.U.I. Collaboration Programme Oriented. National President of N.S.U.I is member of CC of R.G.S.C. State President of N.S.U.I. Member of State Committee of R.G.S.C. & will nominate a student secretary for state units. Like wise State President of N.S.U.I. Will nominate Student secretaries for District/College/Universities with due consultation with coordinators of R.G.S.C. & District Presidents of N.S.U.I. Resource mobilization for Programmes.

Discussions or study circles on the following Subjects : Challenges of Terrorism & Naxalism Right to work and National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (N.R.E.G.S.) Right to information. Agriculture and Economic Development : Prevention of farmer suicides and social awareness to root out the evil. State Level Conference of University and District and College Coordinators.
