Style:mens SS Rayon Shirt: Bar tack at Side vent. Requirement: Bar tack at side vents are required for Durability. Issue: Yarn is Pulling while adding bar tack at Side vent. In darker colors it is more visible as white yarns are showing. Solution: Bar tack can be used at side vent without yarn pulling issue with below m/c set up. M/c name- Juki Pattern # 1 X # 90 Y # 75 M/C Speed- 2000 Tension – 35 Needle size – 9 (Ball Point) DP # 5 Bar tack width at End product - ½
