2. Before start the Installation process, follow the following mandatory steps :  Sales Department will provide an Order No. for New Installation.  Pass this Order No. to License Dept. along with following information to get the transaction ID.  Order No. (e.g. 1234)  Software Name (e.g. cApex10)  Database Name. (e.g. NSE1011)  Training By* (e.g. Mr. Nitin Goel) * Concerned Person for training should be present and let him/her inform that you are giving his/her name for training.

3.  For Oracle Based Products:  Server Machine Configuration :  For Windows  32 bit Operating System  Windows 2003 Server (32 bit).  Oracle9i (Release 9.2 or Above) Server or Oracle10gR2.  Processor Dual-Core Intel(R)Xeon Processor, 2-4GB RAM CPU Recommended.  LAN Card 100/1000 Mbps.  CD ROM.  HDD 160 GB or Above 30-40GB Free space on C-Drive.  64 Bit Operating System  Windows 2003 Server(64bit).*  Oracle10g R2(64bit).  Processor Dual-Core Intel(R)Xeon Processor, 2-4GB RAM CPU Recommended.  LAN Card 100/1000 Mbps.  CD ROM.  HDD 160 GB or Above 30-40GB Free space on C-Drive. Note: A Internet connection will be required on the system (in network) for regular product updating and activation Please make sure that Oracle/Operating System must be of Similar Bit Size.  Our Desktop Application Will not be deployed on Windows(64 bit).

4. Installation process is divided into two parts:  Part 1: Oracle Installation.  Part2: Shilpi Product’s Installation (capex10, commex10. Fxfuture, Spotxl, Dgcommex, DPORA, CDSL, Arbitrage, Real Time Risk Monitoring, Span, Live Trade, NBFC and MF-Office). Note: * Install Oracle before installing any product. * Do not install oracle on drive “C”.

5. Follow the following steps to install oracle9i:  There should be oracle database dump at which system you are installing software and be sure it will be higher than 8i.  Path oracle_dump\Oracle-9.2 Stage1\install\win32\setup.exe.  Run Oracle Setup.  Oracle Universal Installer : Welcome window will open.  Click on next. 1. Double click on it to run oracle setup 2.Click on next.

6. 3.Click on next. Enter or select the drive where you want to install oracle and make sure it will be except “C “ Drive. *There must be at least 40-50 GB space in drive where oracle is being installed

7. 4.Select Oracle9i Database 9.2.0.1.0 if you are installing oracle on database server. 5. Click on next.

8. 6. Select Enterprise Edition. 7.. Click on next.

9. 9. Click on next. 8. Select General Propose.

10. 10. Click on next.

11. 12. Click on next. 11. Enter database name you want to create (for example : NSE1011).

12. 13. Click on next.

13. 14. Click on next.

14. 15. Click on Install.

15.  There are three stage of oracle to be installed.  First stage is installing here.

16. 16. Write stage 2 (as shown ) and click on OK.

17. 17. Write stage 3 (as shown ) and click on OK. 18. After completing third stage, Next option enabled. Click on Next.

18. 19. It will create clone database, wait for completion.

19. 20. Wait for completion of database creation.

20. 21. Enter same password in each field (e.g. s). It is mandatory. 22. Click on Exit.

21. 24. Click on yes 23. Installation is completed & Quit from this Oracle Universal Installer.

22.  Step1 : Download Oracle Product Setup File named “oracle_products_setup_file.zip” in any drive (for example E:\) from www.shilpisoft.com under Download Option.www.shilpisoft.com Downloads oracle_products_setup_file.zip

23.  Step 2: Extract downloaded file(oracle_products_setup_file.zip).  Step 3: Run setup (setup.exe) in E Drive. Following window will open.

24. 1.Click on next.

25. 2.Click on Change to change the path e.g. E:\capex10 This path displays by default

26. 4.Enter the path of product folder & click on OK. 3. Default path.

27. 5.Click on Next.

28. 6. Click on Install

29. 7.Wait until the process complete & click on Next.

30. Note: A folder is created with the same name that you have entered above (e.g. : e:\capex10). 8.Click on finish.

31.  Created folder Capex10 contains deploy10.exe, Dllsetup.exe, licclient.exe, PKUNZIP.EXE, PKZIP.EXE, sql.ini and xsal2ttp.dll files as shown in the given screen.

32.  Double Click on deploy10.exe.  Following window will open:

33. 1.Click on Next.

34. 3.Click on Next. 2.Click on I Accept.

35. 5. Click on Next. 4.Uncheck these Options.

36. 6.Change Directory name.

37. 8.Click on Next 7. Directory name must be same as in step:4 in product setup. * Change the directory path to where your program folder is. e.g. e:\capex10 as shown in slide

40. After running Deploy10, run DLL setup Following window will open DLL setup

41. 1. Click on Next

42. 3.Click on Next 2. Select custom

43. 4.Click on Change to change the path This path displays by default.

44. 5.Enter path of your product folder. 6.Click on OK.

45. 7.Click on Next.

46. 8. Click on Install.

47. Wait until the process complete & click on Next

48. 9. Click on Finish

49. Note: Do not close this window. It will be closed after processing.

50.  Open sql.ini from product folder (e.g..e:\capex10) Sql.ini

51. Do entry in sql.ini file under oragtwy block. e.g.- remotedbname=nse1011,@nse1011 (i.e. name should be match with the name of database which have been created)

52.  Run licclient.exe from e:\capex10  Test i-Net connection and message should reflect test connection was successful.  If Connection was not successful then tell the Client to open the port 8089. 1.Click on it to Check Internet Connection. Following message must display 2.Click on OK.

53.  Go to download option and select product id and tick on QRP, Sqltalk, Application Files, Blank Database and Print Files.  Click on Download Now. All files will be downloaded. NOTE: 2100 and1467 Port should be open to download these Files

54.  Extract/Unzip the blank data file in program folder. Extracted file Downloaded file

55. Note: Make sure that database must be created before tuning and importing database Select Oracle Version Enter password (Password must be same as of Oracle database creation while installing oracle ) Enter Database Name Browse blank data file i.e. CAPDAT.dat from capex10 folder. Click on this button.  Run licclient.exe and click on tuned database.

56.  Do not close this window because data is importing here.

57. Message  After importing database file there will be a text document pop up and check the status of database which have been imported,.

58.  Open notepad & save as cofile.dll in the program folder (capex10) and in which put entry with the database name and the company name/financial year as shown in the given window: (For e.g.: nse1011 company name/fin. Year.)  Note: Make cofile.dll in all the oracle base product except commex10, Fxfuture & SpotXl.

59.  Run licclient.exe from product folder. (e.g. e:\cApex10)  Click on Test –I Net Connection, then message must be reflect connection was successful. 1.Click here to Check internet connection. 3.Click on Production Activation 2. Click on OK

60.  Click on Product Activation.Following window will open: Select New installation Select Product Type Enter database name (which is created at the time of oracle installation) Enter Installation Id given by license department Click on Get Activation. Following message will display

61.  Go to software folder (for e.g.: capex10)  Now extract the capex10.zip.  Make a shortcut on desktop of the capex10.exe.  Follow the following steps to make program shortcut:  Go to software folder and find capex10.exe.  Right click on it.  Click on Send to>>Desktop (create shortcut).  A shortcut will be created on the desktop.  Double click on icon of capex10.exe.  Now product is ready.

62.  Following window will open.  Select the Database to Login into the software.

63.  login window will prompt up.  Click on Default to login into the software (e.g. cApec10).

64.  Select utility menu.  Select Backup of database.

65.  Following window will open:

66. 1. Select drive & enter file name as database name with current date (e.g. NSE1001_03MAR11) where backup of database will stored. 2.Click on start to take backup

67.  Do not close this window because backup is exporting here.

68.  After exporting backup, there will be a text document pop up and check the status of database you have been exported. When you close this window following message will display Message

69.  In Case of other Software’s Installation Database Name should be as following Software NameDatabase Name Commex10Comdata CDSL10Cdsl1011 NSDL DP1011 FxFutureFxdata MF10MF1011 NBFCNBFC101 SpotSpotdata
