SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS WHAT: East Los Angeles College Foundation/CCCSE HOW MUCH: Up to $1,000 for Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 Semesters ($500 per semester provided eligibility is met) How: This is an ONLINE application only and will be available beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2014.
