What did I learn this year??? Bill of Rights – The first amendment greatly affects my daily life. – See more later Supreme Court Cases Bethel School District #43 v. Fraser – Cannot make obscene speeches

Vote! Am I registered? – Nope! Is it important? Yup! – Voting = having a say in the government – = making a difference = changing the nation the way you want it to change

Bill of Rights 1 st – At the moment the first amendment is the only part of the first ten amendments that really impact my life – Freedom of speech = I dont have to guard what I say/print/write..etc. as much as I might have to – Freedom of Religion = I dont have to worship something I dont want to

What can I do? Become educated! – Learning will bring me closer to my goal of getting a job – Getting a job in either Ecology or as a Vet will hopefully help society by improving the environment or some animals life – Paying taxes will help fund important things such as roads, environmental Protection programs, social security, etc.
