Week-to-Week Duties Prepare for weekly meetings Take attendance Keep the club bulletin up-to-date Collect dues (in conjunction with the club treasurer) Distribute special notices to membership when special events occur. Record minutes and create a digest of directors’ meetings Expedite proposals for membership Promptly handle correspondence Inform membership of nominations for club, district and international office.
