9 9 Several meetings with private and public sectors to coordinate and align the Plan with: Colombia 2019 Vision National Development Plan 2006-2010 National Competitiveness Strategy National Science and Technology Plan Strategic Program for the use of ICT in Education Today, 32 indicators of the National Competitiveness Strategy Comes from the ICT National Plan Alignment with national strategy

16 Lessons learned with the process First adjustment of the ICT National Plan with the participation of the leaders of different programs Appropriation by the leaders of the programs They found that they are doing much more than they promised at the beginning, in terms of ICT infrastructure, incentive and training of human resources, creating contents and developing more effective processes supported with ICT They undertook together the alignment of indicators to obtain and realize on the importance of cross sectors support to fulfill the objectives and reach the goals They realize that together they can obtain much more than with the sum of their parts
