Transparency Main contents: agendas for Plenary and Committee meetings, Committee’s reports, minutes of meeting (Cyprus, House of Representatives) Digital development in full public view. Three goals: to create an open and transparent process, to secure services and functionality, to increase opportunities for participation. (Sweden, Riksdag) Improve the access to the information given on the website (France, Assemblee Nationale); transparency in parliamentary procedures aiming to electronic document distribution and central archiving, supporting collaboration between parliamentary employees and MP’s (Greece) Thematic sites “Young People’s Parliament” (Portugal, Assembleia da Republica)

Transparency Transparency and oversight of public resources by disclosing financial reports with detailed expenditure (Canada; publishing the catalog with the financial statements of MP’s (Greece); MP’s tax documentation in web site on voluntary basis (Italy) RSS channels through which the public can get fresh information: on the plenary session, on the Speaker, on MP,s (announcements of and reports on theirs activities), (Croatia, Hrvatski Sabor) Register of Documents: The public has direct access to the vast majority of these documents in their electronic form. Electronic access is free and no justification is necessary (European Parliament)

Transparency Use of Social Networks (Estonia, Riigikogu; Andorra, under examination) Project of public involvement: interest group can register to get weekly overview (new drafts laws) from different committees. (Estonia, Riigikogu) European documents under scrutiny (Luxembourg, Chambre des Deputes) Joint Transparency Register for lobbyists, law firms, NGOs and think tanks, provides citizens with a direct and single access to information about who is engaged in activities aiming at influencing the EU decision making process (European Parliament)

For example: voting, debates, structure of the Chamber, data regarding MP’s activity, speeches, initiatives, etc. Web services (interface accessible for everybody) European Parliament, Lithuania, Romania, Croatia, Iceland, Sweden, Switzerland.
