« AFPP FRAG » Objectives: – Monitor field performance of fungicide over years and detect/quantify potential erosion (« performance network ») – Characterize resistance strains where they occur Members – ANSES, DGAL (Ministry), INRA, « Protection des Végétaux », technical institutes & industry. Sometimes contractors. Organised by crop or crop group – Cereal diseases (Septoria, eyespot, powdery mildew, barley diseases) since several years – OSR diseases – Grape diseases (new)

Background Increasing requirements from ANSES for post- registration sensitivity monitoring Research-based & generic companies not working to the same standards Need for guidelines applicable to all companies Data generated to serve as a basis for the annual « Notes communes »

Grapes GT AFPP Maladies du feuillage de la vigne - Sous groupe "Monitoring" Steering committee + Working groups by MoA Working groups for: QoI, QiI, CAA & AZN WG composed only of industry & officials Current emphasis is the creation of methods but likely to remain as for arable crops Each working group assigned to a phase: – Detection/Emergence – Dispersion/installation – Evolution Current emphasis is sensitivity monitoring (no field performance network so far) Prescription of the number of samples to be collected – See Annex 1 attached to 1st meeting minutes
