3 Nationally, across all product groups, it takes on average 7 sales calls to actually make a sale All sales are a percentage of the population If you can not increase the % sales in a population, you need to increase the size of the population you are attempting to sell A large portion of sales is timing and location. You must stay in front of people. Location, with the internet, is less about geography and more about simply being seen multiple times

4 How do you increase your exposure? On-Line Auctions On-Line Classified Ads On-Line Store Fronts

5 A word of caution: Using on-line sales techniques can/and will take as much time as a traditional storefront does. However, if you do not manage your on-line exposure, the amount of damage you can do to your budget and good reputation will be exponentially greater than is realized in a traditional storefront.
