IEP Forms

IEP Form I-7 Reflect addition of new assessments Separate I-7 form for each assessment o Reflect the language of each assessment o Stress unique policies for individual assessments
10
IEP Considerations Assessment accommodations and supports should be reflective of day-to-day instructional practice. There is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Decisions need to be made on an individual basis. Changes/additions/deletions of accommodations and supports in an IEP can be made if necessary.
