How to register as a new United Way service provider, and create an e-Cimpact account 2

Go to the UWMD main webpage, and select For Agencies 3

Under e-Cimpact, select Service Provider Login 4

Instruction page – Select Continue 6

Fill in contact information, including Preferred Login, and select Continue 7

Answer the pre-qualification questions, and select Continue 8

Enter program name, check Community Impact Grant Process, and Submit Registration 9

You will receive email notification when your registration has been approved. You can then login to your e-Cimpact website using the Username and Password that you selected. 10

You may assign additional programs to the 2011-12 Community Impact Grant process (if necessary). 12
