Learn all you can about the organization before calling Get the name of the person you need to contact before you call to request an interview

Write out your script completely Summarize the key points Helps you organize your message Makes you sound intelligent

What do you say when someone answers the telephone Identify yourself –Hello this is Veronica Howard Identify your purpose –Deliver your request for an interview Get the name of the person who answers –Could I please have your name in case I need to speak with you again (Then write it down)
