2. Step 1 Create a new layer on top of the existing one and fill it will black, then change the opacity to your choosing Next go to Filter >> Render >> Lens Flare to create the energy balls

3. Step 2 Next go to Filter >> Render >> Lens Flare to create the energy balls

4. Step 3 Use the 105mm Prime and brightness of your choice

5. Step 4 Next go to Image >> Adjustments >> Photo Filter to add your choice of color

6. Step 5 Go to Filter >> Liquefy and use the twirl clockwise tool

7. Step 6 Your finished product should look something like this
