c 5 Procedures put into place: AOC transmits convicted felon information nightly to OSOS, based on specific Docket codes entered in SCOMIS. This includes ALL of the report options available on the Convicted Felon and Restoration of Voter’s Rights Report page of the Inside Courts Web site.Convicted Felon and Restoration of Voter’s Rights Report On a regular basis, each superior court prepares a report selecting ALL of the report options and emails the resulting PDF document to its County Auditor. On a monthly basis, each superior court prepares a report selecting the FIRST FOUR report options and emails the resulting PDF document to the Department of Licensing (DOL) at this address: firearms@DOL.wa.gov, with the subject line reading, for example: “Adams County March Firearm Report.” firearms@DOL.wa.gov Data and Reports Convicted Felon Notification
