4. 4 Central Challenge- Logistics The 2005 - 2006 Global Finals will be held the last week of May in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Opening Ceremonies- Wednesday, May 24 th A spectacular celebration with over 900 teams from around the world!  Competition begins Thursday, May 25 th  Award Ceremonies-Saturday, May 27th  Plan to arrive Tuesday, May 23 rd This will allow time for you to relax, repair sets, practice, locate competition sites, and of course, pin trading.  Global Finals week is packed with lots of fun activities !

9. 9 Side Trips-Pin Trading Pin trading is a traditional activity at Global Finals. It’s a great way to meet people from other teams. A towel works well as a pin display holder. Your team can design their own team pin, and/or buy pins from the state affiliate to trade. This is an activity you won’t want to miss !

10. 10 Side Trips-Global Final Activities  There are a lot of organized activities, as well as “on your own” things to do and explore. Whether it’s the organized closing party, or frolicking through the fountains, you will always find a way to have fun!

11. 11 Side Trips-Fun things to do in and around Knoxville While on a trip to nearby Gatlinburg, this team found themselves in a haunted house and the Hard Rock Café.
