Initiate ccWG Is there a Problem Space/Issues – Is issue withi remit/scope of SO or AC (varies per SO and AC) – Initial Purpose Statement Is ccWG most appropriate means to address issues? – Alternatives: PDP, Single SO/AC WG with invited observers/liaisons, other Invite other SOs and Acs? – Is Problem Space within scope of SO and AC? – Post charter drafting? Participate in charter drafting? Launch Drafting process – Constitute drafting team, per SO or AC joint effort (varies per SO and AC) – Refine purpose statement – Delineate Scope (of activities) and Deliverables Important: identify what is NOT in scope
