H EALTH I SSUES /C USTODY I SSUES If your child has any health issues, allergies, learning or emotional issues please let us know so we can make sure your needs are met If there are custody or legal issues that you feel we need to be made aware of, please let us know so that we can better serve you and your child

9. E ARLY P ICK U P P OLICY While we do allow for early dismissal, our preference is that children are present for full sessions Early release causes disruption to both the entire class and the catechist If early release for the child is needed… We need notification before class starts via a note or an email—we need to share the list of early releases with catechists beforehand so that the child will be ready when a parent arrives Any parent picking up a child other than their own needs a written/signed note from the child’s parent It is our policy that we do not release children to anyone else other than the child’s parents without written and signed authorization Early release students are picked up at the faith formation office in room 102, not at the classroom
