Statement 1 PPP’s are THE best way to get businesses to significantly source from small scale producers

Statement 2 PPP’s are only held accountable to the public donor but not to the small scale producers

Statement 3 Business should pay the lions share in a PPP since they are going to benefit most from the outcomes
