Designed to gather information on how school districts use their Title II, Part A funds in the current school year Also asks districts for professional development data for the prior school year Data are used to develop national estimates on how Title II, Part A funds are used Administered to a nationally-representative sample of 800 LEAs every year Sample based on district size and poverty level Response rate of 81 percent in
