Presentation Title Slide Title Recruitment Workshop RECRUITMENT FELLOWSHIPS All academic programs that are awarded a 2015-2016 Presidential or Provost Fellowship will be required to: Advertise the fellowship on their departmental website Develop an application process so that prospective students can apply for the recruitment fellowships Provide the Graduate College with information about the students who are awarded the fellowship

Presentation Title Slide Title Recruitment Workshop SUBMISSION AND NOTIFICATION PROCESS Single form for both the Recruitment Grant & Fellowships o Presidential Fellowships - $5,000 per year for first two years o Provost Fellowships - $2,500 for first year only o Recruitment Grant – a range of $500 - $2500 o The average award last year was $1395 Make two copies of the completed application form. Make one copy of your revised program sheet. Submit all copies directly to the Graduate College office by Friday, October 3rd. All applications must be received by 5:00 pm. College deans provide input no later than Monday, October 13 th. Graduate programs will be notified no later than Friday, October 31st.
