i) Security Matters: > University's Main Gate on Idi - Iroko Road to be commissioned on Friday, 31st October, 2014. > The Gate on Bells Drive would be locked. ii) Healthy Living: > No carrying of food into the rooms. Eating must be in the Cafeteria or Place of Purchase. iii) Construction of a Commercial Concourse ( Phase 1 ) to accommodate Six (6) to Seven (7) Vendors, all of whom are those opposite the gate or already cooperating within the Campus. Thereafter, no Student would be allowed to go out and patronize any food Vendor. iv) Energy Matters: > Power Supply from the National Grid has dropped drastically. > Dependence on Generators > Proposal to have an IPP on Campus. Discussion is on going > Henceforth, power will be switched off in the Halls of Residence between 9.00am and 4.00pm. > Priorities would be to Academic Areas and Offices v) BUSA Week and Professional Activities - All to hold on Campus
