9. Exchange protocol CryoWeb contains individual animal data EFABIS contains cumulated yearly statistics per breed These cumulated statistics can be generated from the data in CryoWeb The generated statistics from other systems can be joioned and uploaded in EFABIS

11. Export data from CryoWeb First click on the ”Main menu” To be able to export data from CryoWeb, you should be logged as a manager

12. Export data from CryoWeb II First click on the ”Admins” tab This will bring you to the ”Export data for EFABIS” form Then click on the ”EFABIS export” tab

13. Export data from CryoWeb III Select one or more years from the list To select more than one year press and hold Ctrl key and select with the mouse To create the export file click the link ”Export data”

14. Export data from CryoWeb IV Click on the link to download the file

15. Export data from CryoWeb V Click the ”OK” button to save the file to your computer Choose ”Save file”

20. Import data in EFABIS IV Click on the ”Upload file” button to load the data in EFABIS

21. Import data in EFABIS V Save the report file with the status of loading on your computer
