THE COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN Established in 1961 by President Kennedy Responsibility of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) For all Federal Employees world wide Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) responsible for local campaign The Principal Combined Fund Organization (PCFO) United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona

SOLICITATION METHODS Group Solicitation: Pulling everyone together in a group setting to give information about the campaign. The solicitation is made prior to conclusion of the meeting.

SOLICITATION METHODS Steps to a Successful Group Solicitation Set the dates and time for your group solicitation. Distribute pledge cards and campaign brochures at the presentation. Ask for a gift at the guideline or an increase above last year. Answer any questions or concerns. Follow-up Ensure 100% contact.
