Second Chance School structure & funding SCS for students 17-20 years of age is part of the Individual Programme in upper secondary school in Sweden. About 40 students/year Funded within the regular budget of the national and municipal educational system SCS students 20-24 years of age have been long- term unemployed and have left school without a leaving certificate. Most of them live on social welfare benefits. About 30 students/year Funded within the municipal budget for labor market programmes Second Chance School Norrköping Sweden
