The Training & Assessment Process The learnership is divided into subject sections. Each section will consist of: At the end: a summative exam and SSETA quality assurance process prior to SSETA certification approval. 5

Overall Process 6 Learnership Need Identified and Communicated 1. Potential Learners given information and invited to take pre-training assessment. 2. Managers’ buy-in obtained 3. Funding applied for Pre-training assessment Potential learners assessed to see their ability to cope on the qualification, mainly in terms of literacy and numeracy levels. Logistics Finalised 1. Learners selected 2. SLA and learnership contracts signed 3. Dates and customisation needs finalised Learnership commences 1. Contact training, coaching and assessments/moderations 2. Submission of reports to learners, company and SSETA. Close out 1. A summative exam is written 2. Final data is submitted to SSETA 3. SSETA quality assurance, external moderations and certification approval commences. Awards and certification ceremonies

Time-frames est.12 months for learnership process SSETA quality assurance and certification approval process outside our jurisdiction and timeframes for this unpredictable. Learner Entry Requirements A compulsory pre-training assessment (IEB tools or NQ+) Minimum of level 3 literacy & numeracy attained on the pre-training assessment (level 1 for NVC 2) 2 nd language (Afrikaans) at level 2 (std8). Group Size A minimum of 10 learners in-house. 7

Dyna accredited since 2001 – accreditation no 072. Dyna registered with DoE.
