Include response deadlines, and non-attack obligations - Keep a distance to major expenses - Beef up your staying power 3.Sales procedure - Serial or parallel contacts to potential buyers? - Exclusive or non-exclusive licensing agreements? - Hybrids? (Regional exclusive licensing agreements)?
