5. STEP 4 Identify a few priorities for improvement of current situation. Art. 75.1 paragraph 1 - An analysis of the situation prevailing at the school with respect to bullying and violence. 5 Priorities Prevent & reduce rates of victimization from bullying with specific attention to Grade 5 boys and girls. Create an environment where all students are proud to be good citizens by creating a “Value of the Month” school- project. Increase awareness regarding bullying.

STEP 5 Indicate existing and planned prevention measures (universal /targeted) to counter bullying and/or violence related to racism, homophobia, sexual orientation, sexual identity, a handicap or a physical characteristic.
