Application & Fees Choosing a School Name Surety Bond Driver education classrooms must meet all state, city, county and Driver Training requirements. These include, but are not limited to, a Certificate of Occupancy and a Fire Inspection from the city or county. Application & Fees Choosing a School Name Surety Bond The school vehicles used for in-car instruction must be insured in the name of the school and have business or commercial insurance, including uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Vehicles must be currently registered, inspected, and be equipped with an instructor-side brake and an instructor-side rearview mirror.
