Ed: 1 Electives: 4 Total Credits = 14 High School Requirements Language Arts: 8 Social Studies: 7 Math: 6 Science: 6 Health: 1 Phy. Ed: 1 Art/Music: 2 Electives: 15 Total Credits = 46 (1 credit for every semester class)

Science 6 credits required 8 credits recommended Within those 6 credits, Biology and Chemistry OR Physics are required Freshman & Accelerated Biology Accelerated Track Agreeing to 4 years of science 1 - Physical Science 2 - Biology or Accelerated Bio 3- Chemistry or Chem Honors 4 - Physics Project or AP Physics (1, 2, or C) 5- Electives AP Biology Anatomy/Physiology 1 & 2 Bio Technology Environmental Science

Attention incoming 9th Grade Students: Freshmen students have two options for their first science class: Physical Science or Accelerated Biology. Requirements: Fill out and turn in Accelerated Biology Application The student is enrolled in Geometry as a 9th grader. The student’s 8th grade MCA Math and Science tests are in the top 20% at both the district and state levels. The number of seats are also limited based on the number of sections of biology available. Students are committing to four (4) years of advanced science.
