ACTIVITY 2.1 Applying Formatting with the Font Group and the Mini Toolbar Open FCTOslo.docx, and save as WordS2-01. Select Oslo Fact Sheet, click Bold in Home tab, click Change Case in Font group, then click UPPERCASE at drop-down list.

Point to Mini toolbar above selected text, then click Italic on Mini toolbar.

Select entire document by pressing Ctrl + A. Click Font group dialog box launcher. Click Times New Roman in Font list and click 12 in Size list. Click down-pointing arrow at right side of Font color then click Black,Text 1. Click OK to close box.

Click once on Format Painter in Clipboard group to turn off Format Painter.

ACTIVITY 2.3 Aligning and Indenting Text Open WordS2-01.docx, position insertion point on any character in OSLO FACT SHEET, then click Center in Home tab. Select from middle of first paragraph below History head to middle of third paragraph, then click Justify.

ACTIVITY 2.4 Changing Line and Paragraph Spacing Open WordS2-01.docx, and to select entire document press Ctrl + A. Click Line Spacing in Home tab then click 1.5. Deselect text, then scroll through document. To decrease line spacing to 1.2, press Ctrl + A to select entire document.

Select text Have your pass validated through paragraph Be at the right train station then click Numbering in Home tab. Position insertion point at end of second numbered paragraph, then press Enter once. Type Arrive 20 minutes before train departure time.

With insertion point at end of document a double space below bulleted text, type text shown up to Å symbol. To insert Å symbol, click Insert tab, click Symbol button, then click More Symbols at bottom of palette.

To remove some spacing between first three lines of text, select first two lines of Middleton Valley and Jefferson Basin, then click Paragraph dialog box launcher. Select 10 pt in After box in Spacing section, type 0, then click OK.
