Carnal: “sarkikos” from “sarx”: flesh –
Modern humans are defined as belonging to the species Homo sapiens (Latin: wise, intelligent). ALL “Homo sapiens” fall within another classification.. CARNAL! Carnal: “sarkikos” from “sarx”: flesh – havng the nature of flesh, sensual ; governed by human nature instead of by the Spirit of God. (ADAMIC NATURE)

Paul divides men into three classes:
psuchikos, "of the senses" or "natural," i.e. the Adamic man. Unrenewed – an unsaved man whose highest form of life is dominated by his reason and emotional nature. sarkikos, "carnal," "fleshly," i.e. the man who is walking "after the flesh," living according to the Adamic nature. One who has not found (complete) deliverance from the power of sin, thus under the control of the carnal nature. pneumatikos, "spiritual," i.e. the renewed man as Spirit-filled and walking in the Spirit in full communion with God.

And then, first, man was made, he was a spirit man, in the image of God. Which, "God is a Spirit," Saint John 4. Now, "He is a Spirit. And they that worship Him, worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. And Thy Word is the Truth." Now, we worship Him in Spirit and Truth. He is a Spirit Being. Then there was no man to till the soil, and then God formed man out of the dust of the earth. …. (Skip) … And then, see, after He done made man in His Own image, "created He them, male and female," there was no man to till the soil. And He put him in the dust of the earth, and therefore he become... he was that man. This human man was mammal, see, he was animal; but He put this spirit of God, a life, into him, and made him on the basis that he could make a choice.

C. A. Pg. 30-31: A revelation has to come from God
C.A. Pg.30-31: A revelation has to come from God. It never comes by human, natural endowments, but by Spiritual enduement. You can even memorize the Scripture, and though that is wonderful, that won't do it. It has to be a revelation from God. It says in the Word that no man can say that Jesus is the Christ except by the Holy Ghost. You have to receive the Holy Ghost and then, and only then, can the Spirit give you the revelation that Jesus is the Christ: God, the Anointed One. No man knows the things of God save the Spirit of God and he to whom the Spirit of God reveals them. We need to call on God for revelation more than anything else in the world. We have accepted the Bible, we have accepted the great truths of it, but it still is not real to most people because the revelation by the Spirit is not there. The Word has not been quickened.

Genesis 28:6-9 When Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob, and sent him away to Padanaram, to take him a wife from thence; and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan; And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and was gone to Padanaram; And Esau seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father; Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham's son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife.

ROJC (90): Every revival produces twins, just as Isaac and Rebekah produced twins. The father was holy, the mother was holy, but they had two boys born: Esau and Jacob. Now, both of them was religious. But Esau, when it come to works and deeds, as a good legalist, he was probably a better boy, all the way around, than Jacob was. Did you know that? Jacob was just a little boy that hung around his mammy all the time. But Esau got out and worked, went out and got venison to give to his old blind daddy who was a prophet, he tried to take care of him. But Jacob only had one thing in mind, he wanted that birthright! He didn't care how long he had to hang around or whatever he had to do, the main thing in his life was the birthright! And Esau despised it.

2Cor.11: For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. Transformed: refers to the act of an individual changing his outward expression by assuming an expression put on from the outside, and expression that does not come from nor is it representative of what he is at his inner character. Transformed: (believer) -- speaks of the act of a person changing his outward expression from that which he has to a different one, an expression which comes from and is representative of his inner being.
