Summary : 4-5 Slides Design Hints: Place an image on every page (INSERT – PICTURE) Images should not take up more than 2/3 of the page If text goes over the image, make the image lighter so the text is easy to read (select image—right click— format image) If an image is on top of text you can send it back (select image—format—send to back) After you have created the presentation, go back and record an audio clip for each slide that elaborates on the points

3. Provide an analysis for the book How is the setting important to the book? What is the theme and how is it approached? How complex are the characters? How do they change? What is the point of view, tone, mood? How does the author’s style (figurative language, word choice, sentence structure, voice) contribute to the story? If it is nonfiction, what did you learn about the topic discussed? 4. Give some biographical information about your author. What other books has he/she written? Design Hints: When inserting images, keep the image proportional. Choose the corner buttons to increase or decrease the size—do not use the middle buttons. This will distort the image. Always make sure the image is an appropriate size for the presentation.
