1 Heaven with God

2 God wants you God is not only interested in listening to your prayers and answering them, He wants you to be with Him in His place of habitation.

3 Jesus promised Jesus said in John 14:2-3
I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.

4 The best place you can be
The best place you can be is heaven. It is the perfect place because it is God’s habitation and in it is immortality, endless joy and fellowship with God and with other people who trust in God. Rev. 21:1-4 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

5 But no one can get to heaven
No one deserve and can get to heaven except those who have no sin because heaven is place of purity and holiness. "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). "The wages of sin is death" [spiritual separation from God] (Romans 6:23).

6 There is a way to heaven However there is one and only one way to heaven. He Is the Only Way to God "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me'" (John 14:6).

7 What did Jesus do? He Died in Our Place "God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). He Rose From the Dead "Christ died for our sins...He was buried...He was raised on the third day, according to the Scriptures...He appeared to Peter, then to the twelve. After that He appeared to more than five hundred..." (1 Corinthians 15:3-6).

8 Now that you know what God did
What could be your response? You could just ignore all these and remain the same person. Or you could believe these truths and decide to put your faith in Jesus alone and become a different person now.

9 Jesus said: John 5:24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

10 Jesus wants you to commit your life to Him as He first committed His life for you
Commitment to Christ is like this:

11 If you decide to believe in Jesus
Say this prayer Lord Jesus, I want heaven to be my home. Therefore, believing that You died for me and arose from the grave, I accept You and the salvation You have provided. Forgive my sin. I’m trusting You and You alone for my salvation. I commit my life to You now. Save me. I do believe. Amen.

12 Now that you are a true Christian
Read your Bible everyday and attend Bible study like we do to get to know Jesus more. Talk to God in prayer everyday. Be baptized, worship, fellowship and serve with other Christians. Tell others about Jesus Christ.
