The Affirmation “The firm foundation of God stands...” l It is historical and verifiable... l It is effectual and empowering... l It is true, rooted in His nature! “ 1...for the faith of those chosen of God and the knowledge of the truth which is according to godliness, 2 in the hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised long ages ago” (Titus 1:1-2)

6. The “Seal” (Verse 19) l God’s knowledge of His own: –“The Lord knows those who are His” l Man’s partnership with God, seen in separateness from sin: –“...every one who names…the Lord is to abstain from wickedness”

8. Do You Really Trust God? l To know you, however insignificant, sinful you may feel yourself to be? l To fulfill His promises: –To provision your every necessity? –To empower your obedience? –To forgive your sins? –To hear your prayers? –To never forsake you to Satan?

9. “Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal...” What Faith Will Do l Lay claim to Divine faithfulness l Take refuge in the all-exceeding Name of the Lord l Depart from evil l Do it…today!
