3. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS BASED ON TRUE LOVE

7. TRUE LOVE TAKES CARE OF OUR EVERY NEED

9. TRUE LOVE COMES WITH CREDIBILITY AND INTEGRITY
Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?

10. TRUE LOVE IS PERFECT
Psalm 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.
1 John 4:18 (NIV) 18There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

11. TRUE LOVE BRINGS HOPE (even in time of sin & despair)

12. TRUE LOVE IS CONSIDERATE
The word COVENANT is mentioned in the NIV 286 times
A covenant is an agreement; it is a pledge behind which there is a promise
God knows that we have been permanently damaged by sin, so He promises to overlook our sins once we repent for the wrong things we do

13. GRACE is an expression of TRUE LOVE
Today God calls us through a covenant that offers us his GRACE
He is favoring us with a pardon that we do not deserve
WHY? Because He loves us and He wants us back in a good relationship with Him

14. TRUE LOVE IS FORGIVING
Isaiah 1:18 (New International Version)
 18 "Come now, let us reason together,"        says the LORD.        "Though your sins are like scarlet,        they shall be as white as snow;        though they are red as crimson,        they shall be like wool.

15. TRUE LOVE IS INVITING
Hebrews 10:22 …..draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.

16. TRUE LOVE IS ENCOURAGING
2 Chronicles 16:9 (NIV)9 For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.

17. TRUE LOVE PURGES AND REWARDS WORD
John 15 (NIV)  1."I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.
2. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every
branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more
fruitful. 3. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken
to you. 4. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can
bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear
fruit unless you remain in me.  5. "I am the vine; you are the
branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much
fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 6. If anyone does not
remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers;
such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. 7. If

18. UNDERSTANDING TRUE LOVE
GOD WANTS A RELATIONSHIP WITH US THAT IS BASED ON TRUE LOVE
A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS BENEFICIAL TO MAN
IF WE DO NOT KNOW GOD’S WORD WE WILL NOT UNDERSTAND A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD
WHEN WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND A RELATIONSHIP, WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE FULLNESS OF ITS BENEFIT
