Cingular Wireless What I have learned? I have learned that Cingular Wireless’s President and CEO is Stanley Sigmon. This company is a dominate force among all of the wireless companies in the U.S. Therefore making it # 1 in the Nation and Verizon Wireless trailing after. I also learned that it was formed due to BellSouth and SBC communications merging together. This companies ability to merge and expand will bring it much success.
